Dave DeBlander, Owner/Founder
Dave DeBlander founded ProClean in 1990. Prior to that, Dave and his wife, Kate, owned an organic natural foods bakery and restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin from 1976-1990. Kate was a Mary Kay National Sales Director until she retired in 2019. Kate and Dave have one daughter, Kali Brigham, who is also with Mary Kay and was the number one sales director in Mary Kay in 2020. Kali’s husband, Josh, is COO at ProClean. Kate and Dave have two grandchildren, Braeden and Madelyn. Dave teaches Sunday School at Midway Baptist Church and is a board member of Ever’mans Natural Food Stores, Trinitas Classical Christian School and the Better Business Bureau.
Josh Brigham, Chief Operations Officer
Josh Brigham joined ProClean in 2012 and currently operates as the company’s Chief Operations Officer to prioritize positive customer experiences and manage day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining his father-in-law, ProClean Founder, Dave DeBlander, in the family business, Josh and his wife Kali lived in Memphis, Tennessee, where he honed his skills as an art director for a local advertising agency. In 2009, the Brighams welcomed their first of two children, Madelyn and Braeden, and moved to Pensacola to be with family. Josh then leveraged his design skills as founder and Creative Director of Redfin Design, while Kali worked with Mary Kay Cosmetics and was voted the number one Mary Kay Sales Director in 2020. In addition to their work, the Brighams are passionate about family and their faith, and they invest their time in Momentum Church and its ministries here in Pensacola. After more than a decade with the company, Josh most appreciates the positive relationships and opportunities to serve his community that comes with being a part of the ProClean team.
Rajko Dimitrijevic, Chief Marketing Officer
Rajko Dimitrijevic is the director of operations for ProClean, where he oversees daily business operations, marketing, sales, and customer relations interactions. Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, Rajko moved to Pensacola in 2002 at the age of 17. After finishing college, Rajko joined the ProClean team. He loves being able to help others and continues to find satisfaction in the challenges that his work brings each day.
Dale See, Rebuild Manager
Dale See is a rebuild manager for ProClean whose review of project estimates and permits ensures the timely and quality completion of ProClean projects. Previously, Dale worked as the director of maintenance for Pensacola Christian College for 19 years before establishing DPC Construction and providing general contracting services to the Pensacola region. Dale has been a member of the Pensacola community for 34 years and shares his passion for the Gulf Coast by working closely with the 3rd Coast Dive Group of Pensacola. Alongside the 3rd Coast Divers, Dale helps to promote coastal responsibility and beach cleanup initiatives that keep our city beautiful. For Dale, his work with ProClean and their commitment to quality service and high standards best reflects his dedication to a strong work ethic.
Bret Cragen, Rebuild Coordinator

Emily Dimitrijevic, Assistant Rebuild Coordinator
Emily Dimitrijevic is an assistant rebuild coordinator for ProClean and is responsible for handling insurance company and customer communications for the company throughout the rebuild process. Before joining ProClean, Emily worked with an outsourcing company to verify employment records and run background checks. Having lived in Pensacola since age six, Emily has a deep connection to the region. Because she knows that her company cares about helping Gulf Coast communities as much as she does, Emily finds her work with ProClean even more enjoyable.
Scott Macarthur, Rebuild Estimator
As a rebuild project manager for ProClean, Scott Macarthur oversees customer-facing operations involving contracts and payments, contractor scheduling, and the performance of final inspections. With over 40 years of experience in engineering and construction, his background makes him exceptionally well-suited to his role’s coordination and management responsibilities. Scott has lived in Pensacola for 28 years and has found determination, energy, and cooperation to be the defining elements of ProClean company culture and team spirit.
Eric See, Rebuild Project Manager
Eric See is a rebuild estimator for ProClean who works closely with customers to assist with claim payouts and provide cash and insurance estimates for company services. Before joining ProClean in early 2020, Eric gained a decade of experience in automotive repair and manufacturing as an auto technician in Pensacola. Both Eric and his wife Jennifer are Pensacola natives, and the couple is raising their three children in their hometown as well. In his time with the company thus far, Eric has most enjoyed the opportunity to use his mechanical background to help his community alongside the ProClean team.
Ryan See, Rebuild Estimator
Ryan See is a rebuild estimator for ProClean, with responsibilities including cabinetry work and estimating repairs costs on rebuild projects. Prior to joining the ProClean team, Ryan gained valuable experience in the engineering and construction fields that allowed him to thrive in his current role. Ryan has lived in Pensacola for 33 years and he most values the coworker relationships that make ProClean a great place to work.
Tony Bard, Restoration Manager
Tony Bard is a restoration manager for ProClean, where he manages the daily operations of the company’s mitigation department. Leading this department includes overseeing water damage, mold remediation, and fire and trauma cleanups, all of which Tony is comfortable with since his pivot from carpet cleaning to a water damage specialization. Tony is a Pensacola native whose service to the community alongside the ProClean team is reflective of his dedication to his community.
Alexandria Brown, Restoration Administrator
As a restoration administrator for ProClean, Alexandria Brown prioritizes administrative duties and compliance management to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations. Like many of her colleagues, Alexandria finds ProClean to be a satisfying place to work because of their dedication to customers and genuine passion for the industry.
William Hitchcock, Restoration Production Manager
William Hitchcock is an assistant manager in the Water Damage Division at ProClean. In this role, William works closely with the operations manager to oversee water damage projects, scheduling, and billing. With six years of corporate customer service experience, William is well-suited to fulfilling the needs of ProClean high-end clients. William is a Pensacola native, and he loves that ProClean invests in their team with great benefits and a friendly work environment that encourages the growth of its team members.
RJ Barnsdale, Restoration Production Manager
RJ Barnsdale is ProClean Restoration Project Manager. His primary focus is to keep the project running smoothly for day-to-day operations for all restoration clients. He is an expert in logistics, keeping customers and adjusters updated on every job site and/or home. His previous experience in management, sales and woodworking makes him an incredible asset to the ProClean team. RJ has a passion for helping those in need and it shows through his work everyday.
Kaitlin Barnsdale, Restoration Production Supervisor
As a restoration estimator for ProClean, Kaitlin Barnsdale evaluates the services needed for each project to be successful. Prior to working with ProClean, Kaitlin worked as a hospital valet attendant and gained experience with interpersonal communication and customer service. Kaitlin was born and raised in Pensacola and is currently attending Pensacola State College. With close ties to the community, ProClean dedication to providing outstanding service to its clients resonates most with Kaitlin.

Bruce Hunt, Restoration Shop Manager
Bruce Hunt is the restoration shop manager for ProClean and has been with the company since 1985. In that time, he has enjoyed watching the company grow tremendously and undergo improvements in both the quantity and quality of its services. Bruce handles daily restoration operations, including supply inventories, fleet repairs, daily maintenance, and systems management. Before joining the ProClean team, Bruce worked in the environmental, hospitality, research, and development industries. Because of this diverse background, Bruce's role occasionally includes non-routine tasks, such as emergency needs and onsite staff assistance.
Wayne Perry, Restoration Supervisor
Wayne Perry is a restoration supervisor for ProClean, where his responsibilities include assisting with inventory, updated job listings, project estimates, and handling customer inquiries. Before joining ProClean, Wayne explored skill-building opportunities in construction and learned to frame houses. As a Pensacola native, Wayne is familiar with the Pensacola community and is active with the 3rd Coast Dive Group and its coastal responsibility and outreach programs. Wayne appreciates ProClean dedicated and close-knit relationship with its team members and loves that the company invests in the wellbeing and happiness of its people.

Christina Windham, Office Manager
Christina Windham is an office manager for ProClean, whose supervision and preparation of daily office operations and materials allows the ProClean team’s work to run smoothly. Her duties include maintenance of employee records, verification of financial accounts, and oversight of corporate communications for daily expenses. Prior to joining ProClean in February of 2015, Christina gained experience in office negotiations, management, customer service, and financial accounting. As a Pensacola native, Christina appreciates the family atmosphere of ProClean and the company’s local history with the community. Most of all, Christina loves ProClean company culture and its focus on mutual respect, common goals, and communication with each member of the ProClean team.

Meghan White, Contents Manager
Meghan White is a restoration contents manager for ProClean whose work includes the processing and repair of homeowners’ contents with the utmost professionalism. Prior to joining the company in 2017, Meghan gained experience elsewhere with water, fire, and mold remediation that would prepare her for a managerial role in disaster recovery and mitigation with ProClean. Meghan has lived in Pensacola all her life, and she enjoys being able to give back to her community by working with the ProClean team to help guide homeowners through stressful situations.
